Super Duplex Steel S32760 Strips are narrow flat-rolled lengths of 25Cr super duplex stainless steel, slit from coil for gaskets, bellows, and pressed components in severe chloride service. Copper and tungsten set this grade apart. Both are placed at 0.50 to 1.00%, joining 24.0 to 26.0% chromium, 3.0 to 4.0% molybdenum, and 0.20 to 0.30% nitrogen in a near 50/50 austenite-ferrite structure. ASTM A240 requires a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) of at least 40 on every heat.
Our slitting lines cut source coils from reputed primary mills to any width between 3 mm and 2000 mm. The strip stays solution annealed, mill test certificates come on request, and Mumbai stock covers common gauges.
