Hastelloy strips are narrow, flat-rolled lengths of nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy, slit from a wider source coil and rewound for press feeding, gasket winding, or bellows forming. Molybdenum defends the metal in reducing acids such as hydrochloric and dilute sulphuric, while chromium takes over in oxidising media, and a tungsten addition sharpens resistance to pitting and crevice attack. Low carbon keeps weld heat-affected zones free of grain-boundary precipitation, so welded strip components resist corrosion as well as the parent metal. Chloride stress corrosion cracking, the failure mode that retires stainless strip from hot brine duty, barely touches these alloys. Buyers pay a nickel-alloy price for that performance and specify it where downtime costs more than material.

Slitting happens in-house across the full 3 mm to 2000 mm width range, with slit, mill, deburred, or round edges conditioned on the same pass. Coils wind on inner diameters of 150 mm to 610 mm and outer diameters up to 1800 mm. Mill documentation follows each source coil through to the finished width, and technical data sheets are available on request.
