Nickel 201 Coils are continuously wound, cold- or hot-rolled low-carbon commercially pure nickel, supplied on coil for press feeding. The grade holds 99.0% minimum nickel and caps carbon at 0.02%, so grain boundaries stay free of graphite above 315 °C, where standard-carbon nickel embrittles. Caustic soda leaves the surface untouched at every concentration; thermal and electrical conductivity stay high, and the metal melts between 1435 and 1446 °C. These Nickel Coils are widely specified in food processing units and electronic components.
As a reputed Nickel alloy Coil supplier, we slit UNS N02201 coil to any width from 3 mm to 2000 mm, and material ships annealed to ASTM B162 as Nickel 201 HR Coils or CR Coils, each with a mill test certificate.
