What are Inconel 602 Sheets & Plates?

Inconel 602 sheets and plates are flat-rolled forms of a high-carbon nickel-chromium-iron alloy holding 24 to 26% chromium and 1.8 to 2.4% aluminium. The aluminium builds a dense alumina scale in hot air, anchored by small yttrium and zirconium additions. The grade resists oxidation to about 1200 °C and doesn't fade in carburising atmospheres. They are found in heat treatment equipment and furnace construction.

We stock cold-rolled Alloy 602 CA sheets from 0.8 mm and hot-rolled plates in heavier gauges, and 3 mm to 2000 mm wide. Material ships annealed to ASTM B168 with a mill test certificate on every order when requested.
