Super Duplex Steel S32760 coils are flat-rolled 25Cr super duplex stainless steel wound into continuous form, balancing austenite and ferrite in near-equal halves. Tungsten and copper additions of 0.50 to 1.00% each set the grade apart from 2507. Tungsten counts in the pitting formula, PREN = Cr + 3.3(Mo + 0.5W) + 16N, and every heat must clear 40. Chloride streams that retire 2205 leave this chemistry working. These coils are used in chemical processing units and marine engineering.
As a Super Duplex Steel S32760 Coils supplier, we stock these coils, buying source coil from reputed primary mills and slitting in-house to ±0.1 mm. Material ships solution annealed to ASTM A240, hot rolled or cold rolled, from 0.03 mm to 5 mm thick, with mill test certificates on request.
