Titanium foils are commercially pure titanium rolled down to thin gauge, then slit narrow gauge for pressing, etching, and lamination work. The metal protects itself. A tough oxide film forms the instant bare titanium touches air, and it regrows after every scratch, so foil parts survive seawater, chlorides, and oxidising acids without any coating. Density sits at 4.51 g/cm³, roughly half that of steel, which is why designers reach for titanium foil wherever grams count. Buyers press it into heat exchanger plates, diaphragms, medical device components, electronic housings, and sealing layers.
Every titanium foil order we fill starts as a Grade 2 source coil and passes through our own rolling and slitting lines. It is then annealed and slit to width, while hot rolled pickled feedstock carries the range up to 0.08 mm. Orders are issued from our warehouses in Mumbai and Taloja with mill documentation (on request) traced back to the melt heat, and one certificate can cover several slit widths cut from a single parent coil.
