Products and Processing

6 Questions
We manufacture strips, foils, shims and slit coils on our own lines. Coils, sheets and plates come from mills as ready stock.
The difference is mostly one of name. Both are slit from parent coil to width, and buyers use the terms interchangeably.
Yes, we slit from 3 mm to 2000 mm, so your drawing width gets cut to size rather than rounded to stock.
Foils run 0.03 to 0.08 mm, and shims, strips, and coils run 0.03 mm to 5 mm. Sheets and plates range from 3.8 mm and above.
We hold ±0.1 mm on slit width, and measure every coil before packing.
Finishes cover BA, 2B, skin pass, Scotch-Brite, matte, matte PVC and No.1 hot-rolled pickled. Edges come slit, mill, deburred or round.
