Titanium strips are narrow, flat-rolled lengths of titanium, cold-rolled to gauge and slit from a wider source coil. Fabricators feed them straight into presses, draw tooling, and welded tube mills. A thin oxide film grows on the metal the instant air touches it, and the film rebuilds itself after every scratch, so strip components survive seawater, chlorides, and oxidising acids with no paint or plating. Titanium also carries about half the density of steel, which is why weight-sensitive designs absorb its higher price. Narrow slit widths scrap as well, since parts nest along one continuous length instead of being blanked from an oversized sheet.
As a reliable titanium strip supplier, our strips are slit to the customer's width rather than in fixed mill sizes. Cold-rolled material is from 0.03 mm to 3 mm thick and hot-rolled pickled from 2 mm to 5 mm. Cold-rolled edge options cover slit, mill, deburred, and round conditions. Each finished width traces back through mill documentation to its melt heat. Stock moves out of our Mumbai and Taloja warehouses in coil form, and one source coil can yield multiple ordered widths against a single certificate.
