Super Duplex Steel S32750 foils are thin-gauge flat products of 25% chromium duplex stainless steel, slit from solution-annealed coil for gaskets, diaphragms, sensing elements, and precision-formed parts in chloride-heavy service. Austenite and ferrite share the microstructure in near-equal halves, the balance behind the grade's 550 MPa minimum yield. Molybdenum at 3.0 to 5.0% and nitrogen at 0.24 to 0.32% lift the PREN past 40, roughly double the pitting index of 316L. These strips are widely used in marine engineering and desalination plants.
As a reliable Super Duplex steel S32750 Foils supplier, every foil we dispatch starts as a source coil on our own slitting lines. EN 10204 Type 3.1 / 3.2 mill test certificates accompany orders on request.
