Inconel Strips
Manufacturer and Supplier in India

We are Riddhi Siddhi Impex, an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified Inconel Strips manufacturer and supplier working out of Mumbai since 2002. Our slitting lines slit the nickel-chromium alloy strip in grades 600, 602, 625, 718, 800, 825, and 840 to ASTM, ASME, and AMS standards. We hold a supplying capacity of 400 to 500 tonnes each month and dispatch orders within 4 to 5 days, so aerospace shops and process plants run without material gaps.

About Inconel Strips

Inconel strips are narrow lengths of flat-rolled nickel-chromium alloy, slit down from a source coil and rewound ready for press feeding, gasket cutting, or spring and bellows forming. Chromium builds a tough oxide scale that renews itself at temperatures where stainless steel scales away, and the high nickel base shrugs off the chloride stress corrosion cracking that pulls austenitic stainless out of hot chloride service. Fabricators reach for the family when a part must hold both strength and surface integrity through heat, and each grade shifts that balance in a different direction. Some lean toward oxidation resistance, others toward acid attack, and one toward raw strength.

As a reliable Inconel strip supplier, our warehouses in Mumbai and Taloja carry Inconel Winding Strip in gauges of 0.03 mm through 5 mm, supplied annealed as the standard condition with cold rolling at the fine end. Every width from 3 mm to 2000 mm is slit in-house, and the same pass conditions the edge to slit, mill, deburr, or round. Coils wind on 150 mm to 610 mm inner diameters, with the outer diameter reaching 1800 mm. Heat-traceable mill documentation stays attached from the source coil to the finished strip.

Grades We Supply

7 Inconel grades run across our slitters, each answering a different mix of heat, corrosion, and strength.

Industries We Serve for Inconel Strips

3 sectors specify most of the Inconel strip leaving our lines. Operating temperature and the corrosive medium decide which grade goes where.

Inconel Strips used in Aerospace and Gas Turbines

Aerospace and Gas Turbines

Engine builders form seals, fasteners, heat shields, and combustion hardware from Inconel Slitting Coil because the age-hardened alloy keeps its strength at turbine temperatures. Exhaust bellows and ducting lean on Inconel 625 Strips for fatigue life through thermal cycling. AMS documentation accompanies material bound for this sector.

Inconel Strips used in Chemical and Petrochemical

Chemical and Petrochemical

Process plants run Inconel 625 Strips in heat exchanger components, dosing hardware, and gasket windings wherever mixed acids and chloride-bearing streams damage stainless equipment. Caustic evaporators and dry chlorine circuits call for Inconel 600 Strips instead, since the higher nickel content of the grade handles alkaline attack.

Inconel Strips used in Heat Treatment and Furnaces

Heat Treatment and Furnaces

Furnace muffles, retorts, radiant tube assemblies, and annealing baskets formed from Inconel 602 Strips survive continuous firing where scale spalling destroys lesser alloys. Thermocouple sheaths and carburising fixtures use Inconel 600 Strips, a grade that heat treaters have trusted in this duty for decades.

Certifications of Inconel Strips

Every coil we slit travels with quality paperwork. Riddhi Siddhi Impex backs each Inconel strip order through three ISO management certifications plus heat-level records.

3.1EN 10204

Mill Test Certificate

Each dispatch includes an EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificate linked to the producing heat. Type 3.2 certification comes on request.

9001ISO

ISO 9001

ISO 9001:2015 certification holds our quality management system to a consistent standard from order review through slitting and final inspection.

14001ISO

ISO 14001

Environmental responsibility across storage, processing, and scrap handling falls under our ISO 14001:2015 certification.

45001ISO

ISO 45001

Our ISO 45001:2018 certification governs occupational health and safety on the warehouse floor and along the slitting lines.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the HS Code for Inconel Strips?

Inconel is classified as a nickel alloy, so strips fall under HS heading 7506, with nickel alloy strips sitting in subheading 7506.20. Ask your customs broker to confirm the exact code for your consignment.

Do you supply all seven Inconel Strips from ready stock?

Yes, Inconel 600, 602, 625, and 718, and Incoloy 800, 825, and 840 remain on the shelf at our Mumbai and Taloja warehouses year-round. Regular orders dispatch in 4 to 5 days, and urgent ones leave within 2 to 3.

Can you slit Inconel Strips to custom widths?

Yes. Any width from 3 mm to 2000 mm slits to ±0.1 mm across the 0.03 mm to 5 mm gauge range, with slit, mill, deburred, or round edges finished on the same line.

Where can I buy Inconel Strips in India?

Riddhi Siddhi Impex has manufactured and supplied Inconel strips from Mumbai since 2002, serving buyers across India and 60+ export markets. Phone or WhatsApp us, and your quote will arrive within 24 hours.
