Stainless steel foil is flat-rolled material taken down to gauges thin enough to wrap, form, and stack where a sheet cannot follow. Designers fold it into bellows, wind it into catalyst substrates, wrap tools for heat treatment, and punch it into precision spacers. The chromium content, above 10.5%, renews its own passive oxide film, so a foil a few hundredths of a millimetre thick still resists rust that would damage coated carbon steel. Cold rolling gives foil its tight gauge control, and we slit every order in-house from full-width coil. Our warehouse in Taloja and Mumbai can hold up to 1000 tonnes annually, and mill documentation travels with each batch from source coil through slitting.
