Super Duplex Steel S32760 foils are thin, flat-rolled sections of 25Cr super duplex stainless steel, slit from coil for gaskets, shims, and precision-formed parts in severe chloride service. The microstructure balances austenite and ferrite in roughly equal halves. Tungsten and copper additions of 0.50 to 1.00% each separate UNS S32760 from other super duplex grades, sharpening pitting resistance and acid tolerance. Minimum yield strength stands at 550 MPa, about triple that of 316L. These foils are used in marine engineering and the oil and gas industries.
As a reliable Super Duplex S32760 Foil supplier, we slit every S32760 foil on our own precision lines rather than reselling mill widths. Material leaves solution annealed to ASTM A240, width from 3 mm to 2000 mm, with mill test certificates on request.
