What are Incoloy 825 Coils?

Incoloy 825 coils are flat-rolled nickel-iron-chromium products alloyed with molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The high nickel content resists chloride stress corrosion cracking, while molybdenum and copper give the grade its resistance to reducing acids such as sulphuric and phosphoric. Chromium handles oxidising media. Titanium stabilises UNS N08825 coils against sensitisation after welding.

We supply these coils from ready stock, buying parent coils from reputed primary mills and processing them in-house to the required width. Material ships in the annealed mill condition, in 2B, BA, HR pickled, or CR finish, with deburred, mill, or slit edges and test documentation on request.
