Incoloy 800 sheets and plates are nickel-iron-chromium alloy flat products built for extended periods at elevated temperatures. Nickel at 30 to 35% holds an austenitic structure and resists chloride stress corrosion cracking. Chromium at 19 to 23% forms a tight oxide film against scaling, while small aluminium and titanium additions keep the structure stable at temperature.
