Incoloy 800 coils are flat-rolled nickel-iron-chromium alloy built for high-temperature service. The 30 to 35% nickel and 19 to 23% chromium hold an austenitic structure that resists oxidation, carburisation, and sulphidisation in furnace and process heat. Aluminium and titanium additions stabilise the alloy. Because iron forms the balance, UNS N08800 coils cost less than nickel-base grades while still handling long spells at elevated heat. It is found in industrial furnaces, heat exchangers, and more.
We hold ready Incoloy coil stock, sourced from reputed primary mills and supplied to your required width and finish. Material ships annealed, in 2B, skin pass, and BA, with mill or slit edges and test documentation on request.
