2507 Super Duplex Strips carry an 800 MPa minimum tensile strength under ASTM A240. The strip ships solution annealed only, with no cold-worked temper ladder. Yield and elongation minimums hold from 0.50 mm up; thinner gauges stay indicative. Sustained service belongs below about 250 °C: alpha-prime embrittlement develops beyond that, and sigma phase forms between 600 and 950 °C.
