Nickel Alloy 718 strip is used in turbine seals, honeycomb structures, and engine heat shields. Its strength holds through thermal cycling to about 650 °C, and the aged temper resists fatigue in engine hardware.
We at Riddhi Siddhi Impex manufacture and supply Inconel 718 strips to ASTM B670, AMS 5596, and AMS 5597. Established in 2002, our Mumbai firm slits Alloy 718 (UNS N07718) strip in-house from 0.03 mm to 5 mm thick, solution annealed through age hardened, with EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 certification available on request. We are an ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001-certified company with a monthly supply capacity of 400-500 tonnes.
Inconel 718 strip is a nickel-chromium superalloy that is precipitation hardened and not only cold worked. Niobium and molybdenum form gamma double-prime precipitates when the strip is solution treated and aged, lifting tensile strength past 1240 MPa. The alloy holds this strength up to about 650 °C and resists creep, fatigue, and oxidation, which suits turbine and spring components.
We slit and process each coil on our own lines, supplying Alloy 718 strip in widths from 3 mm to 2000 mm to ±0.1 mm. Stock is held solution annealed for forming and aged or cold worked to spring temper per order, with traceable documentation on every dispatch.
We provide UNS N07718 strip to ASTM B670, AMS 5596, and AMS 5597 in thicknesses of 0.03 mm to 5 mm and slit widths from 3 mm, as set out below.

718 Inconel strip gains its strength from heat treatment, not from just work hardening. In the solution annealed condition, it stays soft and formable, with a tensile strength of near 965 MPa, so buyers can draw and bend it before ageing. After the solution treatment and aging cycle to AMS 5596, tensile strength rises above 1240 MPa with a yield near 1035 MPa.
We supply the strip solution annealed for forming, precipitation hardened for finished strength, and cold rolled to spring temper for flat springs. The annealed and aged rows are AMS 5596 minima; the spring temper row is indicative and certified per order.

Indicative pricing for Inconel 718 strip runs from Rs 3000 to Rs 5000 per kg for Indian buyers and USD 40 to USD 75 per kg for export. Rates depend on thickness, width, temper, quantity, and nickel market movement. Send us your specification for a firm quote.
Inconel 718 strips are used for turbine seals, springs, downhole tools, and exhaust components across the aerospace, oil and gas, power, and automotive sectors up to about 650 °C.
Inconel 718 strips are available from 0.03 mm to 5 mm thick and 3 mm to 2000 mm wide, both held to ±0.1 mm.
Inconel 718 strip reaches full strength through a solution treat and age cycle. Further ageing forms gamma double-prime and increases tensile strength above 1240 MPa.
The difference between solution annealed and aged Inconel 718 strip is that it stays soft near 965 MPa for forming, while aged strip is precipitation hardened above 1240 MPa tensile with 36 to 47 HRC for finished service.
The indicative price of Inconel 718 strips is Rs 3000 to Rs 5000 per kg in India and USD 40 to USD 75 per kg for export, subject to gauge, temper, and market rates.
ASTM B670, AMS 5596 for solution treated and AMS 5597 for annealed material under the designation UNS N07718.
